Through our MSA provider ECV (EMS Community Ventures Ltd) we have a vast range of relevant skills, expertise and experience that can be accessed by partners to support initiatives that are, by their nature, one-off or specialised.
The beauty of this model is its flexibility and agility, allowing the LIFTCo to tailor services according to the specific needs of a time-limited consultancy commission. In a developing and ever-changing environment for partners such as CCGs, this ability to create dynamic solutions is invaluable.
Such specialised support might include:
- Strategic health service planning and advice
- Clinical service re-design

- Public consultation and engagement
- Capital programme management
- Backlog maintenance programmes.
Each project of this nature is assessed and managed by the General Manager who is part of the ECV management team, who will more than likely be involved in overseeing the project’s execution. We will either use our existing supply chain to support such projects, or will identify and manage new suppliers, as required.
